AMID INCREASED REPRESSION, EXILES LAUNCH CIVIC RESISTANCE HOTLINE Cuban exile organizations led by former political prisoners announced during a press conference today that they will recognize all Cubans who suffer repression or arrest as a result of non-cooperation with the dictatorship or rejection of the electoral farce as targets of political persecution. They will also recognize all those imprisoned for the same reasons as political prisoners.
